ordering

I only accept new commissions after cleaning the queue of pending orders.In order to get a commission from me you must grab a slot on the official openings:
• Hosted on the Patreon Discord server (exclusive to members and chosen randomly)
• On Fur Affinity journal openings (chosen first come - first served)
Additionally I’ll post when I’m accepting new commissions on my Twitter.I'll contact you if you get the slot and then you must give me all the details for your order.
You must provide clear image references, info and descriptions of what you want. Otherwise I'll take artistic freedom.For drawings I can work with descriptions and generic references to create a new character if you don’t have any visual references yet. I won’t charge extras for this service.
For 3D models I require a visual reference sheet (at least a front view)

payment

Payments are made by Paypal invoice or Ko-fi.
I only accept payments in €uros.
All prices includes VAT.You must do the full payment upfront before I start working.
If you don't make the payment in a week I will cancel your order.
If you have an applicable Patreon discount you must let me know when you place your order.After the work completion you can upgrade/edit the piece paying the difference in a new invoice or as a donation/tip.I do accept tips. You can do it in the commission invoice or using Ko-fi and Paypal .

refunds

I DON'T DO REFUNDS under any circumstance so be sure before you buy a commission and be clear with what you wantIf you change your mind after making the payment you can change your order if I haven't started yet but I won't return the money.
If you're not happy with the final result we can discuss the possible fixes. I don't charge extra for that unless it’s a major composition change.The time and effort I spent on each one of the artworks I made won't be returned to me.
That's why I don't accept refunds for my services.I have never canceled a commission before, but if I don't feel comfortable with the customer or the order I do have the rights to cancel the commission at any moment of the process. In that case I will refund the money and the amount will depend on the work already done.

process

Start:
• I'll only start working after receiving the full payment.
• I don’t usually start right away when I receive the payment.
• I take from one day to one month to finish a work depending on the orders in front of yours since I tend to follow the order of payment.WIPs:
• I won't send WIPs of drawings aside from the ones I may share on my Patreon and Discord server.
• I'll only send WIPs of 3D avatars if requested.Changes:
• For drawings, big changes are only available during the sketch step (for free).
• For 3D avatars, I can change small details while I'm working on the model. Big changes may be charged with a fee.
• I'll only show the sketch / process if requested.Time:
• I usually finish the drawing artwork in hours from the time I start working on it.
• For more complex drawings they may require a few days.
• For 3D works it may take a week or two.If you ask for updates I won’t have any to you until the time I come with the final result (except in 3D avatars)

- DRAWINGS-

The final artwork will be sent digitally on the same platform you make your order.

I can provide the lineart/flat color version and source file if requested.

You can upload/use the art as you wish.
You must always give me credits
for the art when you share it, when you upload it on your websites or use it (as avatar for example).You can't use my art for commercial purposes.
You can't resell any art piece I did for you.
Commercial use will have a +100% fee price increase.You are allowed to add color to line art commissions.
You are allowed to crop/resize the image if you need it.• Artist's rights:
I have the rights to upload the drawing, show the process and use it as example.
If you want your art to be private or you prefer to be anonymous let me know. I don’t charge extras for that.I reserve the rights to use any fan art commissioned on my Print on Demand profiles (As long as they comply with the legal copyright limits)

- 3D AVATARS -

The final artwork will be sent digitally on the same platform you make your order. [.vrm / .vsfavatar file]

You can use the avatar as you wish. You can use it's image, make videos, stream with it, etc.
Personal use only (personal Youtube, Twitch, etc).
Commercial use will have a +100% fee price increase.Always credit my work. Do not to claim my work as yours.You can't resell the avatar without permission (Don't charge more what you've paid).
Don't use the model to create other models for selling purposes.
Redistribution of my artwork (textures and models) is prohibited.You are allowed to change the outfit and hair on your own.
You can add props, emotions, clothes, accessories on your own.• Artist's rights:
I have the rights to share the process of the avatar making on my socials, as well as shown the final results in my pages and portfolio.
If you want your model to ve private a fee will be charged.
